The building initially designed in 2003, had been partially completed with the ground floor used as a separate flat and the first floor built until the concrete structure. The owners wish to renovate the ground apartment, finish the first floor and add a third floor in a style combining neoclassical architectural elements with modern forms.

The entrance facade towards the road is cladded with irregular gray stone while the rest of the building gradually reveals a transition to a more minimalist approach, by creating an eclectic contemporary aesthetic.

This modern classic apartment building is well integrated into its suburban environment and is always in style.
