Situated in a dence suburb of Athens, the 2 floor apartment building raised on a Pilotis, it overlooks a green park, giving the feeling that it is outside of Athens.
A vertical architectural element ensures privacy from the neighbor while at the same time differentiates the design of the building from that of the conventional polykatoikia with typical repeated floors, as it visually connects the 2 floors and gives the feeling of a single facade.
