This residential block of flats is situated in Mitte, the heart of Berlin and one of the most upcoming areas in the city since the fall of the “Berlin Wall”. Mitte is considerd one of the most exciting districts, a trendy social centre with great potential for development.

COMBINES SMALL TO MEDIUM SCALE CITY LIVING SPACES, WITH MAXIMUM VIEWS, SHADE AND COMFORT…”
The block is conceived as a puzzle of different apartments and mezzanines, reffering to the different needs of its occupants. Each facade is a 3-dimensional windows that catches the daylight for optimal use and privacy.
Optional external shading systems can ensure good indoor temperatures during the summer. The top floor includes a penthouse with roof-garden.
